This boutique cottage is spread out over one floor and comfortably sleeps up to six guests with three elegantly furnished bedrooms and two bright living areas.
The spacious master bedroom features an ensuite and queen bed with a second queen and two singles in the remaining bedrooms.
With a contemporary yet laidback feel, the fully equipped kitchen and dining area offers access to both living rooms as well as a unique outdoor courtyard complete with a barbecue and large dining table for easy outdoor entertaining.
Located just a short drive to the bustling Hilarys Boat Harbour, spend your days enjoying waterslides, high ropes or mini golf before retreating to the courtyard for alfresco dining in the warmer evenings or curling up on the couch with complimentary Netflix on colder nights.

This property accepts online bookings on request. Once confirmed by the property, you will receive an email with instructions to pay via Credit Card. Online bookings incur a 4.5 % service fee, which is added to the total on the check-out page once you select a room to book.
All bookings made on Beautiful Accommodation are subject to a cancellation fee of 12.5% (of the total transaction value), in addition to the existing cancellation policy of the property:
Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 21 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it. Cancellation if caused by the client money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a cancellation fee of one nights tariff will apply. The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

Terms and Conditions. To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions. NO Parties. Please note full bond loss and/or immediate eviction will occur for any parties at the property or noise disturbance to our neighbours. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning garbage removal wear and tear repairs etc. Strictly NO Smoking in the house. Damage breakages theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay. The tariff quoted and charged is for the number of guests stated in the booking enquiry please note any extra guests other than the guests booked for are not permitted. If extra guests are discovered staying at the property extra charges will apply. Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking. All food must be removed from fridges all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The bond will be refunded within 7 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to any breakage damage or excess cleaning requirements extra guests beyond those declared. Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner. Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the lock box or as otherwise directed. In the event keys are lost $100 per set lost will be deducted from the bond. In the case of any problem or complaint you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
