Your car wheels crunch over the gravel driveway as you pull up to Lakes Edge and you know that that charming weatherboard façade in no way reveals the impressive size and proportions of this getaway. As you move indoors, you encounter the first comfortable lounge and two of six bedrooms.
Descend the stairs to the mid level to discover another, larger living space as well as a dining room, gorgeous kitchen and an additional bedroom. The pièce de résistance on this level is the north-facing balcony patio; a lovely paved terrace with an outdoor setting, barbecue and divine views across Lake Daylesford. Guests will be quick to imagine themselves sitting out here on sunny mornings or mild afternoons, enjoying light lunches or indulgent dinners with friends and family.
The ground level of Lakes Edge has a further three bedrooms and a discrete laundry. These bedrooms have sliding door access out to the patio, which then rolls into the backyard and a path that offers direct access to the public walking track encircling the lake.
The three-level layout of Lakes Edge makes it the ultimate base for large families, groups or an incredible girls’ getaway. All of the bedrooms come with ensuites (plus there is a shared bathroom on the mid floor) and the king beds can be split into a pair of king singles if needed.

Any refunds due will be issued in the form of a credit voucher. Credit card fees and all other processing fees are non-refundable in all booking cancellations. A minimum $50 administration fee applies to all cancelled bookings or amendments. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.

If the cancelled property is not able to be re-booked for the same dates the following cancellation fees apply: 30 days or more prior to arrival - 25% of the total rate. 15-29 days prior to your arrival - 50% of the total rate. 14 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of the total rate. A non-refundable booking fee equal to $10 per night is included in the total rate. A minimum $75 administration fee applies to all cancelled bookings. Booking Fees and processing fees are non-refundable. Any funds remaining after the deduction of cancellation administration and booking fees will be distributed in the form of a credit voucher with 6 months validity.
