Think bayside beach holiday and an apartment at Aquabelle is probably the image you conjure up in your mind. There is a magical quality about these cleverly designed sleek and minimalist apartments. 

First, their location is simply superb: in the heart of Rye, yet seemingly on top of the world with sensational views across parkland to the beach and bay beyond, plus all of Rye’s shops and restaurants are set out below. The apartments themselves offer a five-star vibe and plenty of space for friends travelling together or families wanting a beach break. The luxe studios are particularly fab for a canoodling couple wanting a bit of pampering privacy. 

The larger apartments feature two or three bedrooms, with polished concrete floors or polished floorboards (perfect for sandy feet). The designer leather lounges invite you to put your feet up and admire that incredible bay view, while the huge private balconies have seen many a lingering dinner party at sunset. Add super-comfy king beds in the main bedrooms (kids get king singles) and whichever apartment you choose, expect to be wowed with quirky designer features. We love the sensuous egg baths and trendy tiles in the newer apartments, the bold wallpaper features, witty artwork and old photos and prints.

Cancellation policy

All bookings made on Beautiful Accommodation are subject to a cancellation fee of 12.5% (of the total transaction value), in addition to the existing cancellation policy of the property:

Conditions & Cancellations: High season: 30 days prior to the date of arrival - Low season: 14 days prior to the date of arrival will incur 1 x night accommodation cost.

OUR TERMS BOOKINGS: Your booking is confirmed on receipt of the first night’s accommodation (or 50% of total stay during peak times). Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival. Credit card details are held until departure inspection has been completed. Payment Methods: We accept Visa & MasterCard. Your credit card acts as our property bond. CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your booking with us if you are outside of the 30 days prior to your arrival. For bookings inside the 30 day period we will negotiate for new stay dates first prior to a refund of any kind. This is determined on a case by case basis. A $35 processing fee will be retained. If you purchase cancellation insurance then of course this fee is covered. SCHOOLIES: We do not accept schoolies bookings. Not ever nil nada. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: Check-in is from 2pm onwards and check-out is 10am. Our property is accessed by a security system. We will inform you of your personal identification number to open the secure back car park entrance gate and your apartment. This 4 digit access code is unique to your stay and will expire on your departure. PARKING: There is secure off street parking for two cars (Apartments 1 2 3) and 1 car (Apartments 4 5 6 & 7) at the rear of the property. Parking is completely complimentary. MAINTENANCE & GARBAGE REMOVAL: Guests are required to leave the property in the same clean neat and tidy condition as it was when they arrived. This includes washing up cleaning out the fridge and rubbish placed in appropriate bins downstairs. Please recycle. It’s important to us. SMOKING & PETS: There is strictly no smoking inside the apartment and no pets allowed. If you decide to light up in the apartment the smoke cleaning fee is $250 and we will charge you for an additional room night while we scrub that smell right out of our apartment! HOUSE MANAGER: A house manager is to be nominated as the primary contact and will take full responsibility to ensure that all guests in the apartment understand and agree to the rules and conditions. A mobile phone number must be provided and be contactable when occupying the residence 24/7 for security purposes. Guests must be contactable at all times in case of any emergency at Aquabelle or the wider Mornington Peninsula. CAPACITY: Aquabelle Two has three bedrooms accommodating 6 guests. Aquabelle One Three Four & Five have two bedrooms accommodating 4 guests. Aquabelle Six & Seven accommodate one couple. No provision for additional guests is available. Extra guests detected will be charged at $50 per head per night deducted from the credit card. LOSS / INJURY: Aquabelle Apartments takes no responsibility for loss or damage of guest’s property or personal injury. Guests should report breakages and are responsible for loss or damage of property belonging to them and for the damage or loss of property belonging to the apartment during their stay. If the apartment is not left in a reasonable condition an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from the credit card. This fee is based on $75 per hour. DAMAGE BREAKAGE LOSS OF AQUABELLE PROPERTY: Guests shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred as a result of malicious damage breakages or loss. Without prejudice to any other remedies available Owner shall be entitled to debit the credit card used to make the principal payment with quoted value of repairs/replacement. NOISE PARTIES BEHAVIOUR: The apartment is for registered guests only. Parties are not permitted under any circumstances and there is to be no noise audible between 10pm to 8am and no excessive noise at any other time. A $100 deduction will be charged with each security or caretaker call out. If after one warning for noise or if your behaviour or that of your guests causes damage danger or annoyance to any other person or to property we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the apartment immediately thus treated as a cancellation inside 30/60 days. There will be no refund of any unused portion of your booking payment. SUSTAINABILITY COMMITMENT: It is our aim to treat the environment gently and leave the lightest footprint possible. Please help us by recycling responsibly turning power off whenever appropriate and using the environmentally friendly cleaning products supplied.
