This spacious holiday home is spread out over several levels and has five large bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, two outdoor entertaining areas and one of the most beautiful pools in Byron Bay. All of which can be accessed via a glass elevator, making the property wheel chair accessible. The high ceilings, natural light and coastal styling in the living areas create a warm, inviting centre to the home, while the covered outdoor seating area has incredible views. The kitchen is equipped with European appliances and is perfect for entertaining. The covered BBQ area and separate lounge with TV are spacious and comfortable, as well.
Upstairs the master bedroom and beautiful ensuite open out to the stunning deck and custom-made day bed. The hotel-worthy infinity pool complements the never-ending views across Byron Bay and is the best place to capture breathtaking sunsets every night.
Vantage Over Byron is also perfectly positioned near the centre of town, and is only a short walk to Main Beach in one direction and the surf breaks of Tallow Beach on the other. Local coffee haven, Top Shop, is a mere two minute walk from the front door.

All bookings made on Beautiful Accommodation are subject to a cancellation fee of 12.5% (of the total transaction value), in addition to the existing cancellation policy of the property:
If a guest requests to cancel, Holiday Accommodation will relist the property and will endeavour to rebook the dates. If there is a short lead time available to get a replacement booking, a discount may be applied to the rate. Cancellations may result in a loss of the total booking amount. All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee and the non-refundable $55 booking fee. The following scenarios apply: If Holiday Accommodation can rebook your dates for the same rate, the deposit will be refunded less the $55 booking fee and a $100 cancellation fee. If Holiday Accommodation needs to discount the property to rebook the original dates booked, the deposit will be refunded less the difference between the rates, the $55 booking fee and a $100 cancellation fee. If a replacement booking is not secured, the guest will forfeit any funds paid.

PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 50% of booking value + $55 operator booking fee. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION TERMS: All cancellations will incur a $100 fee and the $55 booking fee remains non-refundable at all times. Refunds are only possible if the property is re-booked for the same dates. A discount may be offered to secure a replacement booking. The balance you have paid for your booking will be refunded if a replacement booking is secured less fees and any difference in rates between the bookings.
