Whether you are into power boating or sailing, wake boarding, jet skiing or peaceful paddle boarding, Lake Conjola is the perfect water course. The beach is five minutes away at the mouth of the lake and keen surfers will know about Green Island – one of Australia’s renowned surf spots. The fishing is legendary and one of the spots past guests have had best success is right opposite the house.

Living right on the water means maximizing your leisure time. It also means the crew can be spotted on the water from the entertaining balcony and called back to base for meals. With a fantastic kitchen open to a generous lounge and dining, preparing feasts is a breeze and everyone stays connected to the fun.

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, up to 10 can be accommodated, so there is plenty of room for the kids to bring their friends (the bunk beds will be a hit). There is ample space out front for your boat as well.

Cancellation policy

All bookings made on Beautiful Accommodation are subject to a cancellation fee of 12.5% (of the total transaction value), in addition to the existing cancellation policy of the property. Please note, a $500 security bond is required at this property, which must be organised directly with the property owner before your arrival. Guests deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. If a guest has paid more than the deposit of 25% or paid in full and cancels a booking the guest may be refunded any excess over the deposit amount at the discretion of the manager. A variation of the booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be treated as a cancellation of the booking in respect of those nights. A variation of the booking which reduces the number of guests will be treated as a cancellation of the booking in respect of those guests. An administration charge of $20 will be charged for any variation or cancellation. If management is able to re-let the property for the period cancelled a further refund may be made less administration charges commissions and expenses. We have a minimum nights stay policy of two nights during February to December and seven days during January. No refund will be made for a variation to the extent that it breaches our minimum stay policy.
