A light-filled, three-bedroom modern villa, Drift is part of the gated Seadrift complex, offering stylish, secure stays plus access to a generous shared outdoor pool and shaded barbecue pavilion.

Inside there’s plenty of open-plan space, with a comfy living/dining area (cue Foxtel, a DVD player and free WiFi). You’ll enjoy using the fully equipped stainless steel-and-timber kitchen, six-seat dining table and private north-facing outdoor courtyard with a second dining setting and barbecue for whipping up fresh prawns or steaks. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an ensuite, plus there’s a guest bathroom, providing a choice of bath or shower. The third bedroom can be configured as two singles.

Just beyond the town centre, this great location is secluded from the party crowd but within easy strolling distance of Byron Bay’s many charms. From laid-back restaurants, cafes and bars to niche fashion and interiors stores. The loop walk via Main Beach, Clarkes Beach, The Pass and Wategos Beach up to the Cape Byron Lighthouse is a wonderful way to stretch your legs, and you may spy dolphins or whales. For a rural chill-out, Three Blue Ducks restaurant and farm store is at nearby Ewingsdale, just a short drive away.

Cancellation policy

All bookings made on Beautiful Accommodation are subject to a cancellation fee of 12.5% (of the total transaction value), in addition to the existing cancellation policy of the property:

If a guest requests to cancel, Holiday Accommodation will relist the property and will endeavour to rebook the dates. If there is a short lead time available to get a replacement booking, a discount may be applied to the rate. Cancellations may result in a loss of the total booking amount. All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee and the non-refundable $55 booking fee. The following scenarios apply: If Holiday Accommodation can rebook your dates for the same rate, the deposit will be refunded less the $55 booking fee and a $100 cancellation fee. If Holiday Accommodation needs to discount the property to rebook the original dates booked, the deposit will be refunded less the difference between the rates, the $55 booking fee and a $100 cancellation fee. If a replacement booking is not secured, the guest will forfeit any funds paid.

Number of Persons and Linen <p> The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons shown on your confirmation. Any increase in numbers must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional fee. Linen and towels are provided unless otherwise notified. <p> Arrival and Departure <p> Check-in is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 10 am on the day of departure. We will do all possible to accommodate requests for extended times subject to availability. Keys will be available at the property upon arrival. Please read instructions in the final confirmation email regarding key collection and /or security codes. <p> Security deposit <p> A security deposit is required of between $500 - 1000 OR $250 per person if it is a Schoolies booking. This is held as a pre-authorisation on a credit card and is removed after 7- 10 working days. We will require this at check in. <p> Cancellation <p> Cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking. If booking is cancelled 2 months or more prior to commencement then your payment (less an administration fee of $100.00) will be refunded in full. For Christmas New Years and Easter weeks a 3 month cancellation timeframe is required. If your booking is cancelled less than 2 months prior to commencement (or 3 months for Christmas New Years and Easter weeks) then refund of your payment is subject to a confirmed re-booking of the property (less a cancellation fee of $100.00). <p> Non Smoking <p> For the comfort of all our guests all our properties are non-smoking property unless otherwise stated.
