Rather, Thirteen Bowman is the modern embodiment of new-age chic coastal living. It is all polished concrete floors and gleaming Carrara marble, sleek finishes and a muted colour palate.

The home's appeal is kept a well-hidden secret from passers-by, and from the street there is little indication as to what lies atop the set of concrete steps leading up from the driveway. Those lucky enough to ascend those steps are greeted with a sun-kissed lawn area and a sparkling swimming pool. Ignore the temptation to jump into the pool then and there, and instead move into the open plan kitchen and lounge area. Take notice of the sliding glass doors, connecting inside with out and the perfect way to allow any sea breezes flow throughout the home.

Continue your discovery of this modernist marvel up the stairs to the mid-level. Here three bedrooms, including two both with a set of single beds, sit alongside a bathroom, central lounge with fireplace, and the timber deck.
