Contemporary and tasteful two-storey beach house with stunning views

Tip: you will want to allow plenty of downtime where you do nothing but relax when you're bound for Lesueur's View. This is contemporary, seaside living at its idyllic best, thanks to this gorgeous home and its polished floorboards, well-sized bedrooms and everything you need for a short (or long) stay.

The upper level of the beach house is its buzzing heart. An open-plan design allows the lounge area, dining space and kitchen to flow into one another. Two sets of sliding doors open onto a timber deck that, with its dining setting, is a beautiful spot for entertaining and family meals. You'll also be able to quickly duck back into the kitchen if you need to top up drinks, or forget the tomato sauce. Settle in of an afternoon to watch passing ships and even migrating whales in season. Prefer Hollywood to humpback whales? Wind down of an evening by gathering the crew around the curvy couch for a movie night. Those lucky enough to snap up the master bedroom won't have far to totter when it's time for bed, and those sleeping in the second and third bedrooms will only have to wander down the stairs.

There is another living area downstairs too, which could be requisitioned by the younger members of your group as a teen and kids hang-out zone. Adults seeking an hour or two of me-time might take it as their own and curl up on the couch. On this level guests will also find a laundry, as well as another deck and garden.
