What To Expect:

Byron Blisshouse is a unique getaway. It definitely doesn’t fit the mold of your typical Byron escape. Sure, it’s only a stone’s throw from Belongil Beach and it’s got impeccable style; the difference with Byron Blisshouse is that it’s actually three accommodations rolled into one very good-looking package.

First in the Blisshouse line up is the two-storey, three-bedroom penthouse. This beauty is the natural choice for groups or families look to inject their Byron Bay getaway with a hefty helping of brag-factor. The interior gives a nod to Byron’s quirky, vibrant undercurrents: an aqua-blue sofa, orange-red chairs and cushions, and plenty of eye-catching prints. Feel the pull of the sun-kissed deck and stake your claim on one of the loungers; on any given day you will alternate being lazy dips in the plunge pool, drying off in the sun (a layer SPF already applied, of course) and keeping an eye on whatever is sizzling on the barbecue grill.

The Blisshouse Garden Villa is a more compact version of its upstairs sibling. It can also sleep six, and has a kitchen, shaded patio and comfortable lounge.  A separate gate entrance gives the Villa a private feel and allows travellers to come and go as they please, without bumping into guests booked into any of the other two accommodations.

For couples, the Blisshouse Studio is a haven. A recent facelift has seen it kitted out with a small kitchenette, king bedroom and a marble shower-room that is sure to turn heads. Outside, a sunny courtyard features a butter-yellow al fresco setting, barbecue and outdoor shower. The shower has its own private entrance too, appealing to loved-up duos wanting to shut themselves off from reality for a day or two.

The flexibility of Byron Blisshouse makes it a winner. No matter if you're travelling with your partner, another couple or your family; this Byron Bay getaway can be booked to suit. It's hard to imagine going past the Penthouse though, especially once you lay eyes on that deck and pool!

Four minutes’ walk to Belongil Beach. Seven minutes’ drive to Jonson Street. 11 minutes’ drive, or 40 minutes’ walk to Cape Byron Walking Track. 30 minutes’ drive from Ballina Airport.

Feel the sands of Belongil Beach beneath your toes in less than a five-minute walk and follow the beach towards the heart of town. The pick of eats in and around central Byron Bay include The Top Shop, Bayleaf Café, St Elmo Dining Room and Bar, Miss Margarita and Folk There are plenty of dining options on the fringes of town as well as neighbouring towns too, from Three Blue Ducks at The Farm Byron Bay to Milk and Honey and Harvest Bakery.

Explore Byron Bay’s hinterland to unearth a side of the Northern Rivers that isn’t all beaches. Neighbouring towns include Ewingsdale, Bangalow, Possum Creek and Newrybar, and a road trip inland will lead you to discover charming main streets lined with heritage-fronted stops, ancient rainforests with great bushwalks and Instagram-worthy picnic spots. The creative spirit runs deep throughout Byron Bay and the surrounding area, so stop off at local galleries and exhibitions to get your fill of the arts.

Cancellation policy

All bookings made on Beautiful Accommodation are subject to a cancellation fee of 12.5% (of the total transaction value), in addition to the existing cancellation policy of the property:

If a guest requests to cancel, Holiday Accommodation will relist the property and will endeavour to rebook the dates. If there is a short lead time available to get a replacement booking, a discount may be applied to the rate. Cancellations may result in a loss of the total booking amount. All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee and the non-refundable $55 booking fee. The following scenarios apply: If Holiday Accommodation can rebook your dates for the same rate, the deposit will be refunded less the $55 booking fee and a $100 cancellation fee. If Holiday Accommodation needs to discount the property to rebook the original dates booked, the deposit will be refunded less the difference between the rates, the $55 booking fee and a $100 cancellation fee. If a replacement booking is not secured, the guest will forfeit any funds paid.
