Byron Bay, with its beautiful beaches and thriving township, is the perfect spot for a family holiday, especially as all the best sandy stretches, breaks and coffee shops are within each reach on foot or bicycle.

A short walk from Byron Bay’s bustling centre lies this luxurious four-bedroom house with secure parking for two cars, and a further two off-street spaces. Designed with a large family (and their pets) in mind, each area of this home is spacious, open and ultra modern. The New York-style architecture creates a contemporary feel that works well with the modern furnishings of each room, while the ash-blonde floorboards add warmth and colour. Downstairs the three large bedrooms each open up onto a private terrace and contain either a queen bed or two king singles which convert to king beds. Upstairs the loft-style mezzanine master bedroom is light and airy and features a large queen bed, plush bedding and a flat-screen TV.

The downstairs living areas, which are dominated by timber flooring and mid-century inspired furniture, flow seamlessly between the kitchen, dining and lounge room. Reflecting Byron Bay’s mild weather, this home also features several outdoor dining options including a shaded courtyard with spa Jacuzzi, an upstairs balcony and several private courtyards downstairs, including one with a built-in sun lounge.

Cancellation policy

All bookings made on Beautiful Accommodation are subject to a cancellation fee of 12.5% (of the total transaction value), in addition to the existing cancellation policy of the property:

If a guest requests to cancel, Holiday Accommodation will relist the property and will endeavour to rebook the dates. If there is a short lead time available to get a replacement booking, a discount may be applied to the rate. Cancellations may result in a loss of the total booking amount. All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee and the non-refundable $55 booking fee. The following scenarios apply: If Holiday Accommodation can rebook your dates for the same rate, the deposit will be refunded less the $55 booking fee and a $100 cancellation fee. If Holiday Accommodation needs to discount the property to rebook the original dates booked, the deposit will be refunded less the difference between the rates, the $55 booking fee and a $100 cancellation fee. If a replacement booking is not secured, the guest will forfeit any funds paid.

Number of Persons and Linen <p> The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons shown on your confirmation. Any increase in numbers must be agreed in advance and may incur an additional fee. Linen and towels are provided unless otherwise notified. <p> Arrival and Departure <p> Check-in is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 10 am on the day of departure. We will do all possible to accommodate requests for extended times subject to availability. Keys will be available at the property upon arrival. Please read instructions in the final confirmation email regarding key collection and /or security codes. <p> Security deposit <p> A security deposit is required of between $500 - 1000 OR $250 per person if it is a Schoolies booking. This is held as a pre-authorisation on a credit card and is removed after 7- 10 working days. We will require this at check in. <p> Cancellation <p> Cancellations must be made in writing by the person who made the booking. If booking is cancelled 2 months or more prior to commencement then your payment (less an administration fee of $100.00) will be refunded in full. For Christmas New Years and Easter weeks a 3 month cancellation timeframe is required. If your booking is cancelled less than 2 months prior to commencement (or 3 months for Christmas New Years and Easter weeks) then refund of your payment is subject to a confirmed re-booking of the property (less a cancellation fee of $100.00). <p> Non Smoking <p> For the comfort of all our guests all our properties are non-smoking property unless otherwise stated.
