Rain, hail or shine, this Sydney market is guaranteed to bring you scrumptious savoury and sweet treats all year round. Previously dubbed the Eveleigh Farmers Market, it’s housed in a historic railway workshop, and with more than 70 stalls, keep your eyes peeled for saltbush lamb, truffles (depending on the season) and artisan wine. Our top picks would be butter by Pepe Saya, or dumplings from Billy Kwong. There are even large, communal breakfast tables for when you’re done gathering items, and ready to start eating them!

Run by the same crew behind Byron Bay Farmers Market, the Bangalow Farmers Market is one to visit to sample some of the best produce from the Byron Bay hinterland.
