The first living area will probably become your favourite – an entertainment deck with cafe-style folding doors that open the house to the sound of birds and the ocean. Inside, a huge open-plan lounge, dining area and gourmet kitchen juxtapose cool polished concrete floors with hot-red feature walls and a roaring fire. This is a beach house for all seasons, from enjoying sun and surf in summer to a cooler climate taking a gourmet tour of the famed Margaret River wine region in cooler weather. Yet this is not just an experience for larger groups.
