Glen Isla has a gracious established air that only real history can impart. Set in two acres of gardens and shaded by mature trees, the house dates back to about 1870, making it one of the oldest on Phillip Island. As a small and luxurious hotel, today it offers everything imaginable for a wonderful island escape.
Peace, refinement and complete dedication to guests' wellbeing are Glen Isla's hallmarks. With two in-house chefs sumptuous breakfasts are guaranteed, private table d'hote dinners can be arranged, and there's a cellar to provide the perfect wine match. The beach is a 100-metre stroll away, Cowes is nearby and the penguins not much further off.
Glen Isla's room options include the extravagant Anderson Heritage Suite (with its four-poster bed and separate dressing room) or the luxurious seclusion of Gate Cottage and more. Heritage and serenity have never been so adroitly combined.
