Arthurs Seat rises high above Port Phillip Bay on the Mornington Peninsula, and perched at the very top are these extraordinarily luxurious apartments. Designed to pamper individual couples in their own private space, the many comforts provided are nevertheless dominated by the views. From the extensive outside deck, or through floor-to-ceiling glass, you have a captivating 180-degree panorama of the bay sparkling in the sunshine by day and of the coastal and city lights twinkling at night.
Perhaps you can tear yourself away to discover the expansive living areas with high ceilings, colourful contemporary furnishings and, for techno-buffs, a terrific multi-zone entertainment system that even extends to the double spa (with waterproof controls, of course). Even the bedroom, spa and kitchen are treated to the same wonderful views that make returning from nearby beaches, wineries and restaurants a highlight in itself.
 There are two apartments – the larger apartment features warm Baltic timber, the other is more contemporary. Our favourite touch is the massive Chandon bed in the second suite.
