Waterfront Retreat is in a sensational location nestled on the shores of the Gippsland Lakes, with plenty of space and abundant wildlife, it has a unique atmosphere of country meets the sea, and is the perfect spot for rest and rejuvenation. On top of the area's natural attributes, ten beautiful self-contained cedar lodges are dotted about the property to give a degree of privacy and make the most of the water and bushland views.
There's a distinctly resort-style feel to Waterfront Retreat, given its combination of seclusion matched by abundant activities such as swimming in the salt water pool, exploring the adjacent state parks or heading out in your own boat from the jetty. Wildlife enthusiasts will love the resident roos, rosellas, pelicans and wombats, and it's not unusual to see dolphins in the lake.
 The lodges offer space, contemporary decoration and furnishings, plenty of light from large windows and outside areas to enjoy East Gippsland's fine weather. It's a perfect place for the active, or those keen on just soaking up the serenity.
