This gorgeously photogenic heritage property comprises a cluster of mellow-red brick buildings with iron lace-trimmed verandahs set in a woodland garden. Recalling the affluence of the mid-Victorian period, the six-acre estate has an air of rural tranquillity but is right on the edge of Kyneton and features a lovely ornamental lake, tennis court and a vineyard with a grand old mulberry tree.
The main homestead reflects an era of gracious living, which extends to the Gallery Rooms in the east wing: a beautiful two bedroom guest suite with is own sitting room. For greater privacy, couples will love the Grooms Retreat, set in its own separate building and featuring an open fire, an ensuite and tranquil views across the Eastern Lawn and vineyard.
