To get an idea of the size and scale of this palatial residence, it's worth considering it was built by a Malaysian prince and princess as their own private beachside getaway. Now Whites Beach has thrown its doors open to couples, groups and conferences wanting to be treated like royalty just 100 metres from the ocean and close to all Torquay's cafes and restaurants.
The house has seven luxurious suites, some with ocean views and others overlooking the large, manicured garden. Some have balconies, spa baths or two bedrooms, but in all rooms the facilities are lavish with air-conditioning, fluffy robes, king-size beds and many more personal touches.
Adjoining the house is a spectacular glass atrium housing the pool, which as well as  being another alternative to the beach for swimming, is a natural outdoor/indoor lounge.
