The stunning views from either Meringa Springs' main lodge or its three lavish villas are more than enough reason to make it the natural choice for a stay in this enchanted part of Victoria. Looking out across meadows dotted with grazing kangaroos towards Mount Difficult (the outline of which is cleverly evoked by the lodge's rakish roofline), you find yourself about as far from the urban world as possible.
