The Seascape Apartment is the self-contained option, with a light-filled living area looking out over dunes and water, a kitchen and dining area and a spa-equipped ensuite. There's a private entrance and a rear balcony complete with barbecue. Polished timber floors, calming colours and small touches like hand-made soaps and a herb garden on the private balcony show that every attention to detail has been looked after.
The same goes for the smaller Carisbrook Room which, with its rural views from the  balcony (or through the large windows from the queen-size bed), is also delightful. Stephanie's is in the heart of the Great Ocean Road region near the restaurants and shops of Apollo Bay, making for an utterly charming getaway.
