Apollo Bay has its own cinema, but it's unlikely any couple staying at Point of View will be buying a ticket. After all, who needs Hollywood when each of these intimate villas has its own natural silver screen playing 24/7 with the ever-shifting colours of green hills, blue ocean and passing clouds'
The villas have a skyhook location above Apollo Bay, and the clever architecture means that the view dominates, whether from the minimalist lounge room with its warming log fire, the deep comfort of the king-size bed, the timber deck overhanging the valley or even the modern and well-equipped kitchen.
Point of View's villas are designed for couples who want seclusion but with the  restaurants, beaches and cafes of a breezy beachside town close at hand. The level of modern comfort is extraordinary with the open-plan living areas cooled by summer breezes or air-conditioning, surround sound available at a touch, and even the large therapeutic spa has its own views. Fresh flowers, robes and a bottle of bubbly add to the romance, but nothing can detract from the views.
