Competition Terms and Conditions
The “Win a Set of Three Beautiful Accommodation Guides” Prize and the “Win a $100 Endota Spa Retreat Voucher” Prize are sponsored by Invermay Investments PL trading as The Invermay Press. No purchase necessary. Offer void where prohibited.
1. Eligibility
The Contest is open to any individual who is:
(a) twenty-one (21) years of age and older; and
(b) registered as a participant in the relevant prize draw and who is willing to accept email communication from Invermay Investments PL trading as The Invermay Press; and
(c) in the case of the ‘Win a Set of Three Beautiful Accommodation Guides' competition, the individual is automatically entered in the competition when they make a Booking Enquiry via the booking facility on www.beautifulaccommodation.com. In the case of the ‘Endota Spa Retreat $100 voucher' competition, any person who subscribes to the Beautiful Accommodation Club newsletter is automatically entered.
(c) is not an employee of Invermay Investments PL trading as The Invermay Press, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and other coordinating agencies involved in the development, implementation and distribution of the Contest, or an immediate family member or are living in the same household of such an employee.
2. Prize Details
Each month The Sponsor shall draw one (1) winner in each prize category. Prize winners will receive:
(a) For the ‘Win a Set of Three Beautiful Accommodation Guides' competition
A set of the three Beautiful Accommodation guides, to the value of $89.95
The approximate retail value (ARV) of this prize is AUD$89.95. Actual value of the prize may vary based on the particular prize won. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify the prize with a prize of equal or greater value with immediate effect at any time prior to the closing date of the Contest by advertising that fact. Only one (1) prize is permitted per family or household.
(b) For the ‘Endota Spa Retreat $100 voucher' competition
A day spa voucher to an Endota Spa Retreat in Victoria or Tasmania as chosen solely at the discretion of the Sponsor, to the value of $100.
The approximate retail value (ARV) of this prize is AUD$100. Actual value of the prize may vary based on the particular prize won. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify the prize with a prize of equal or greater value with immediate effect at any time prior to the closing date of the Contest by advertising that fact. Only one (1) prize is permitted per family or household.
3. Prize Restrictions
Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable once issued, and may not be used in conjunction with any other competition or offer nor redeemed for cash. If lost, they will not be replaced. Credit for previous purchases is not permitted.
4. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be held by Sponsor, on the first day of each month, to determine the winner for each monthly draw for the month immediately preceding the date of the draw. All decisions in all matters relating to this Contest made by Sponsor are final. Odds of winning depend solely on the total number of valid entries received. Prize-winners will be displayed on www.beautifulaccommodation.com and the winner will be notified by e-mail. If Sponsor, using commercially reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the potential winner within ninety (90) business days from the first contact attempt, or if a potential winner has not, or does not comply with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
5. General Rules & Conditions
By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Each entrant acknowledges that any information provided by entrant may be disclosed to Sponsor(s), and that Sponsor(s) may send marketing communications to entrants in accordance with each entrant's "opt-in" selection. Winner gives Sponsor the right to use winner's name, voice, picture, portrait and likeness for advertising and promotion purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law. These Official Rules and all matters related to the Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, advertising and promotion agencies involved in this contest shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by entrant for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of entering the contest, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or travelling to and from any prize-related activity. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event, lawyer's fees.
7. Tampering
If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned due to any cause beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts, impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the contest and/or prizes. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or in any way corrupts the entry process. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, sponsor determines that deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
