Robe Accommodation
Robe captures the hearts of all who visit this historic town, which is one of Australia's great seaside escapes — unspoilt, relaxed and with a distinctive style. The 17-kilometre Long Beach is a prime natural attraction. But the town's architecture is true living history: stop in at historic Grey Mast's bookshop for a latte before wandering across to lunch at The Caledonian Inn (dating from 1859 and partly built from the timber of ships wrecked in the bay). In winter, Robe has a special charm. The climate is mild and there is endless simple enjoyment to be had from just fossicking on the beaches.
