If you love being on the waterfront in the box seat, this is simply the best spot in Port Lincoln. The view is sensational. Walk along the beach to breakfast, laze on the verandah and watch all the harbourside activity, play with the kids on the lawn or fish for silver whiting straight off the beach.

The master bedroom and lounge share the water views and the gourmet kitchen is perfect for long stays. There is plenty of room for a family but a couple will feel totally at home … there is a nice balance between space and cosiness. As the sun sets on the annual Tunarama Festival, fire up the BBQ and relax on the deck watching the fireworks (we did say this was a box seat).
