The morning view is only one of the highlights of a stay at Silver Sands Bed and Breakfast, a completely private and self-contained, one bedroom apartment less than an hour from Adelaide.
Guests ascend through a private entrance to the second-level apartment, which opens to a living room with a wood fire, a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts have a separate home, so the sea view is all yours to enjoy in privacy. We love the thoughtful touches too: games, books, chocolates and even a daily paper make this feel like your own beach house.
Nearby, there are numerous restaurants and the McLaren Vale wine region is probably closer than your local bottle shop at home. Book ahead for lunch at the Star of Greece and return to Silver Sands to laze the afternoon away on either the sea-view or vineyard-view balconies as the sun dips to the horizon. This is relaxed beachside living at its best.
