It is more like a small villa with its own entrance, spacious lounge and dining area with log fire and an impressive picture window overlooking the verdant garden beyond. French doors lead to a sun-drenched courtyard, ideal for reading the morning paper over a leisurely breakfast. But the real surprise comes with the two bedrooms, each exquisitely decorated with elegant imported French fabrics. The result is a dreamy 
space for a heavenly slumber, perhaps following a relaxing soak in the bathroom's double spa.
The picture is completed by a dress circle location. Take the Heysen Trail to lunch at Bridgewater Mill, walk to the Mount Lofty golf course at the end of the street or simply take a dip in the Retreat's own heated indoor pool. Truly divine.
