Noosa Valley Manor Luxury Bed & Breakfast is the answer: a prestigious B&B experience just 10 minutes from Noosa's epicentre – Hastings Street.
It is hard to know where to start with this glorious property, where nothing has been forgotten. In the evening, the piano lounge is like being on the aft lounge of some splendid 1930s liner steaming through the night. If you are skipping the restaurants of downtown Noosa, you can stay in for a gourmet candlelit dinner. And breakfast on the terrace is a sumptuous sensory cascade of food and garden scents (there are more 2200 trees, palms and other plants on the 1.5-acre property).
But it is the bedroom choices that we love most, with their private vistas over the  Manor's award-winning gardens. These are gorgeously refined rooms, centred on big comfy beds that have been dressed in the finest linen and with spotless ensuites. If it's all too much to leave, you can swim in the solar-heated pool and order in a massage or beauty treatment.
