Robinson Crusoe never had it so good. While guests play the beachcomber, Sejala Beach Huts acts as Man Friday on every day of the week. You can even make one-night bookings – a rarity for absolute beachfront stays. About the only item Mr Crusoe would recognise is the hammock swaying gently against the Coral Sea backdrop with the blue peaks of Dunk Island in the distance.
Otherwise it's breeze-cooled or air-conditioned accommodation that is really too funky and pampering to be called a hut. Imagine waking up in Egyptian cotton sheets to the sound of waves lapping on the sand, donning a dreamy sarong and strolling to the water's edge. To swim or not to swim' It's a big decision. Back in the ensuite garden bathroom there are fluffy bath towels, L'Occitane toiletries and even your own slippers.
It's a short barefoot stroll along the beach to a laid-back handful of village shops,  restaurants and galleries, or you can be picked up for tandem skydiving, whitewater rafting on the Tully River or scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef. In a gentler vein, bikes can be organised or you can book a massage to indulge right on your own beachfront verandah.

Facilities: Three huts (two facing the beach), each with queen bed, sofa bed, ensuite, lounge (TV), kitchenette (microwave), BBQ, AC and screens. Guest swimming pool. Self-catering.
