This is a rarity in Cairns: a place where you can sweep open the doors of the master bedroom suite and have nothing but beach before you. Better still, at night in bed the lolling sounds of lapping water will have you drifting off in absolute peace.
We love the impressive tropical design here, offering two living zones to provide a family or couples travelling together with plenty of space. This makes for an ideal beach house: stylish, flexible and on the waterfront. The main pavilion has an upper-level master suite with its own living room, walk-in robe and marble bathroom with double shower. Grand glass doors open to a balcony, ideal for romantic twosomes over breakfast or at sunset. Downstairs are formal and family living and dining areas encompassing ocean views and a kitchen overlooking the pool.
Two other bedrooms, a bathroom and a smaller sitting room make up the second  pavilion. One room looks onto the swimming pool (with waterfall) and courtyard, which has a shady relaxation area and outdoor dining setting. This is a brilliant beach house for any group or occasion.
Location: 11km or 15 minutes north of Cairns. RA 14 D5.
