Valley of contentIf we were going to advise a high-profile celebrity about where to hold their birthday or special anniversary celebration, one place would immediately spring to mind: Woodbridge Country Estate in the Megalong Valley. This wonderfully secluded manor is a private little kingdom of luxury that can sleep up to 16 guests. It has beautifully manicured gardens that include a pool, a six-hole bush golf course, croquet lawn and tennis court, which are all great spaces for team bonding, individual retreat or group relaxation.
The comfort level is exemplary with a gracious dining room, expansive guest lounges, with five bedrooms and three heated bathrooms in the main house while the garden wing offers three bedrooms, each with ensuites. Every room delights in gorgeous garden vistas and there is a magnificent outdoor terrace for casual dining or afternoon tea. There are also two kitchens, which are well stocked with every tool a master chef could want.
The Megalong Valley is a hidden gem on the floor of the Blue Mountains, with forests, waterfalls and horse riding tracks (horse riding is available next door to Woodbridge). But it is all too easy to sit back with a book from the library or play spot the native wildlife.

Wonderful, peaceful location with plenty of room for gatherings or solitude (even in large groups) - and that's just inside the house - there's still the grounds! Beautifully decorated. Pretty, seasonal gardens. Love the woodstove and the fireplaces. Very
relaxing. Very comforable. Highly recommended.
