This coastal retreat has everything you’d ever need from the perfect beach holiday house. Don’t believe us? Just wait. Warrawee has the goods to house your whole family – even your pooch – and keep the brood entertained. It’s a great option for groups of adults seeking a relaxed getaway, too.

The four-bedroom property is spacious and bright, with an open-plan dining, living and kitchen area. Bi-folding doors run along one side of this space and open on to to a stunning timber deck. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself spending most of your time reclining on one of the deck's sunloungers, from early morning coffees to sunset cocktails. A few steps down from the deck is a heated spa, and in the garden there’s even a tennis court for would-be Roger Federers to perfect their forehand swing.

When it’s time to explore your surroundings, you won’t be short of options. Warrawee is perched on the edge of the Mornington Peninsula National Park, so nature lovers will be able to make the most of the spectacular walking tracks, cliff-top lookouts and smattering of safe swimming beaches.
