Wallaby Ridge Retreat is stage set in the secluded foothills of Tamborine Mountain. Here you can bask in the gorgeous valley views or toddle off to the region’s popular vineyards. Each is fully self-contained but you can order up a romantic candlelit dinner or enjoy a fun night of making wood-fired pizzas in the brilliant alfresco dining area. The hosts believe in using fresh local produce and keeping food miles low. The result? Breakfast baskets and meals brimming with home-grown vegetables, hand-gathered eggs and regional products.
Your days can be as busy as you like. We suggest playing explorer: head off for wine tasting, bushwalking or mountain hopping between the stunning Tamborine, Binna Burra and Lamington National Parks. Wallaby Ridge’s blissful setting makes it ideal for couples and popular with special interest groups (artists, birdwatchers, wine buffs) and wedding parties from the local wineries.

Three suites: each with one bedroom (two with queen, one with king/twin singles), lounge (sofa bed), dining and kitchen, ensuite, RC AC, fans. Outdoor alfresco dining (wood fire pizza oven, BBQ), pool, spa with views, laundry. Full breakfast provisions provided. Dinner by prior arrangement.
