Haven’t discovered Binalong Bay yet? It’s a tranquil east coast seaside village 10 minutes north of St Helens and surrounded by nature reserves. The Gardens is 10 minutes to the north, which means you have everything the area is famous for nearby: orange lichen-covered rocks, pure white sandy beaches and incredibly clear blue waters.To make the most of this wonderful location, Villa Vista is the quintessential modern-day beach house. It has everything for a short or long stay for couples or families and groups of up to six. There are two separate living zones that create great spaces: downstairs is perfect for kids, while the hub of your stay will be the top floor living space with its walls of glass opening to the huge deck. There are commanding water views wherever you look – the ocean in one direction and a lagoon in the other.
The house is perfectly equipped to make the most of your coastal stay. Walk down to the beach, grab some supplies (the local oysters and seafood are sensational) and cook up a feast on the villa’s barbecue. Better still, charter a fishing boat – how good will your own catch of the day taste?
