It is hard to visualise that this parkland garden was once bare paddocks, yet it’s true. Two sisters shared a dream to create an Eden on the south coast and turned a blank canvas into Tree-Elle Retreat: a symphonic creation encompassing gardens and accommodation.In a series of garden ‘rooms’ there is a fairytale-like grove of silver birch embracing a mirrored sculpture, a walled garden surrounding the Coffee Coop (help yourself to the coffee machine and treats), a vegetable garden where guests may forage and beautiful vistas out to the coastline.
Within this verdant setting are five houses, each individually decorated in soothing tones with artworks, vases brimming with flowers from the garden and bowels of seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables. Each house is self-contained and has its own garden outlook and sunny terrace. Spend your days wandering the garden, exploring the region (the Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk is nearby) or simply relaxing in sumptuous style in this sublime setting.
Facilities
Five houses: three- and four-bedroom (king and queen), lounge (TV, DVD, VCR, CD and DVD/VCR library), dining, full kitchen, with two or three bathrooms. Laundry. BBQ. Full breakfast provisions provided.
