Trust us when we say the views from The Deck House are among the most amazing we have seen. And in a book full of gorgeous properties with some sensational views, that is saying something.If you are drawn to the ocean, if you have romance running through your veins and if you have someone special to share a private awe inspiring retreat, then this exquisite love nest is for you. While Lorne and Apollo Bay are just 15 minutes away, we suggest picking up some supplies and Champagne because once you have seen the Deck House you won’t want to leave.
Soak up some rays on the sun drenched north-facing deck, watch the waves caress the shore below, then, as the sun sets, light the wood fire and watch the moon shimmer across the ocean. In season, whales frolic in the bay below, while koalas are often seen ambling on the deck.
Naturally, the incredible views can be seen from everywhere in the Deck House. It is totally indulgent to move from one snooze spot to the next – from the bed, to the day bed, to the quirky couches and the outside chairs – all while taking in those 180-degree vistas. In a word, spectacular.
