The Traill is the fulfilment of the owners’ dream to give the town a gift that would enhance the streetscape and celebrate the French explorers of the region.The name was chosen to suggest that from either of these elevated hideaways are a series of trails that will lead you to discover the riches of this marvellous region. Whether you wish to wander the gourmet trail, the artistic trail, the natural wonders or Margaret River’s world-renowned wineries, these two penthouses are your ideal starting point.
Each penthouse offers its own unique style underscored by a French sensibility. Deco penthouse evokes an era of high style, with French doors leading onto a spacious terrace. Marine penthouse has a subtle nautical feel with French shutters and a private courtyard. Whichever apartment you choose, each offers two king bedrooms (each with spa ensuite), and a spacious open-plan lounge, dining and gourmet kitchen.
