The Rise Noosa apartments make their own thrilling statement about the evolution of the Australian beach house. How far we have come from hot little fibro cottages to these stunning examples of the architectural craft. They combine and unify the best of many cultural streams from a little bit of Bali to a touch of Bauhaus.There are 39 apartments with enough room combinations to handle everyone from honeymooners to families or groups on vacation (with plenty of parking if you have extra cars). The style is practical yet alluring with, for example, a bold use of fabric on the bedcovers and lounges to offset the muted creams and pale timber. Feeding your friends or family is easy with the big gourmet kitchens replete with stainless steel appliances and crisp white crockery. Louvered windows exactly suit the Queensland beach vibe.
As a Noosa location, this can hardly be bettered. It is just 400 metres from all the culinary and retail therapy seductions of Hastings Street (but far enough away not to hear any of the party zone noise). It’s too easy to slide down to the beach or just float about in the heated pool.
