Sojourn’s owner-operators, Helen and Peter McHugh, have brought a well-integrated sense of style to its design and layout. As you enter the lobby, a wall of windows frames the distant hills and pasture in a surreally beautiful sequence of vignettes. Afternoon tea is served as you arrive. The three guest rooms are secluded havens with big posturepedic beds, fitted with crisp linen. Ensuite spa bathrooms are perfect for some ‘you’ time with a flute of bubbles and a splash of complementary organic Sanctum spa product to nourish your skin.
It’s hard to believe at Sojourn that Byron is just minutes away. You can slip out for a meal, music, the beach or some boutique browsing before returning to your own private country estate.
