Cutting-edge contemporary, neo-cubist architecture in the gorgeous and historic provincial city of Hamilton? We can only imagine what the neighbours think of this property's stark and virtually hidden face to the world, but we love its intriguing minimalism.

Enter through the concealed doorway and you will discover an incredibly tranquil, Zen-like space fl ooded with light from huge glass walls opening onto a private courtyard space.

The two, two-bedroom self-contained villas are mirror images and differ only in decorative details. Whichever you choose, you can expect surprising house-sized villas with inviting polished concrete floors and walls, comfy couches set in front of the gas log fire, a fabulously appointed kitchen perfect for gourmands, a full laundry, edgy art and splashes of colours throughout.

The Japanese style bathroom is another revelation. Its sunken bath invites pure relaxation, while the sash windows open out to another private courtyard providing a feeling of indoor/outdoor bathing.
