As Oscar Wilde had it, fashion is so unbearable we are compelled to change it every six months. The acerbic Wilde would have no such problems with Sejala Beach House. Nestled among coconut palms on absolute beachfront, Sejala is timeless style rather than passing fashion.Its elegance stems from attention to detail, fine appointments and myriad delights such as monogrammed bed linen and bath towels, French linen blankets, sarongs and L’Occitane toiletries. Sejala has so many thoughtful touches: chilled and filtered drinking water, a teppanyaki plate in the five-star kitchen, beach chairs and towels, and a beach shower room. The lovely timber house is tropical in all senses. Rooms are light and airy, shielded by shuttered doors and windows if need be, with nearby frangipani adding their fragrance to the setting. The sitting room flows through to a terrace and the beachfront tropical garden beyond and a glass-tiled pool offers total privacy.
Sejala is a casual stroll away from morning coffee and papers or a relaxed evening meal at the charming and delightfully languid township of Mission Beach.

One house: three bedrooms (king/twin singles, AC), upstairs lounge (wide-screen flat TV with Austar, DVD, VCR, CD), beachfront and pool terraces, and full kitchen. Pool. Fans, laundry, BBQ. Housekeeping every three days. Self-catering.
