If your relationship needs rejuvenation or just celebration, strap on your wings and head for Mountain Edge Studios. As you arrive and face the full dramatic panorama of the Gold Coast below, you can’t help feeling a transcendent sense of having arrived somewhere special. And as evening turns to night, the curtain of distant lights are magically laid before you to brighten your romantic dinner.No wonder couples and friends love to get away to Mountain Edge’s three studios and the two-bedroom Lodge. There is a sacramental aura beneath their cathedral-like roofs and big picture windows. The rooms have a quiet simplicity: a four-poster bed, a spa or huge bath and lounges positioned to meditate on the scene before you. On Fridays and Saturdays, host Jean Cameron and her crew fire up the kitchen and open up the cellar, combining the best of local produce and wines.
There is plenty to explore on Tamborine Mountain (if you can leave your studio) from galleries and shops to tours of local wineries and the local distillery.

Three Studios for couples (with spa or giant bath) and one two-bedroom Lodge (with two bathrooms, one with spa) all with queen bed, log fire, ensuite, TV, CD, DVD, VCR (libraries), AC. Packages and tours available. Full breakfast served (weekends), full continental breakfast provisions (weekdays).
