Zany, delightful, warm, generous, stylish… that is the incredible spirit of Mooloolah Valley Holiday Houses and it flows straight from host Atalanta Moreau. The best holiday experiences reflect the passion and energy of their hosts and it was never truer than here.With the new Piccaninny, there are now three glorious timber-lined, hippy-happy, lead-lighted cottages. Their style is as eclectic as Atalanta with brassy bedsteads, cow hide coverings, saddles on the ceiling, mosaic mermaids and serpents in the bathroom, hide-away lofts and garden spas. By some mystical alchemy these elements come together to make a unified whole that is entirely charming and utterly comfortable. The place really sings when a group of families or old friends hire the lot and make its pool, pizza terrace and hide-and-seek gardens their private playground.
The local area is full of activities including rainforest walks and picnics, horse riding, the Australia Zoo and the Chenrezig Buddhist monastery.
Facilities
Three self-contained houses: Frangipani House (lounge, dining, fireplace, kitchen, spiral staircase, two bedrooms - both with double bed and two singles and one cot). Jacaranda and Piccaninny cottages (with lounge/dining, double and single beds, wood fire, kitchen). Outdoor spa, heated pool, wood-fired pizza oven, BBQ facilities. Self-catering.

I had one of the most enjoyable weekends that I can remember. Gorgeous venue, great company and fantastic facilities! I am already planning my next trip!!!
