You will feel you have gotten away from it all even before you arrive at Marriners Falls Cottages. As you admire the breathtaking scenery along the Great Ocean Road to Apollo Bay, then head inland along the well-named Barham River Scenic Drive to the cottages, all modern-day pressures will slip away.This is definitely the best of both worlds – you can enjoy the fabulous beaches of Apollo Bay plus the secluded serenity of these dramatically sited mountain cottages in the heart of the Otway Ranges.
From an unassuming entry, a track winds through the 172-acre farm before the four cottages are revealed. Built from native timbers, they have been designed to blend into this country valley setting. It feels like you are living in the treetops.
The cottages epitomise country charm and feature polished floor boards, an inviting wood fire, covered verandah, a big spa and a full kitchen. We think they are perfect for couples and friends to settle in for a few days or even a few weeks.
You can watch for wallabies and echidnas, go for walks to nearby Marriners Falls, spot myriad birds or, do as many guests do: bunker down and simply enjoy the seclusion and natural beauty.

This place is amazing! Couldn't ask for anything better, so peaceful with stunning views over the mountains! No need to go on a glow worm tour, they have their very own!
