Manuel Towers is the result of one couple's dream to create something from the heart. When Manuel and Ali purchased a humble beachfront shop they saw what others missed: a chance to let their imaginations soar.The result is simply amazing. This is a heady cocktail of French country, Moroccan medina and nautical lost-and-found, artfully orchestrated by the owners whose European and North African pedigrees shine through. There are five guest rooms, each individual in decoration, some with a sea view balcony or secluded courtyard garden. Recycled timbers, colourful fabrics, earthy tiles and heavenly beds are all features.
Downstairs, guests have exclusive use of a wondrous lounge and bar (try Ali's espresso coffee) decorated in an array of curios and art. It is here that you'll be treated to a sumptuous gourmet breakfast. From this beachfront hideaway, guests can explore Shoalwater's beaches, restaurants and cafes, visit Penguin
Island, swim with dolphins, scuba dive and more. But we defy anyone to spend more than a few hours away from Manuel Towers, such is the magnetism of this stunning creation.
