Kims consists of a cluster of architect designed deluxe timber bungalows and spa villas immersed in a subtropical rainforest and shaded by grand Norfolk pines. Inside you'll find the perfect beach house, with a high ceiling, timber floor, cane furnishings and louvered glass windows to let in the sea breeze. Some have extra luxuries - an open fireplace, private pool, even a personal sauna - but each comes with a wealth of stylish details.

Served in the pavilion-style restaurant overlooking an infinity of blue sea, the buffet style meals at Kims are legendary, a celebration of Australia's finest, freshest produce. Three times a day, you'll find a buffet table overflowing with outstanding seafood, meats, fruits, preserves, vegetables and cheeses, all included in the tariff.

The beachfront location is perfect. Throw open your door, walk across the shady lawn and you're on the golden sands of Toowoon Bay.
