This property is a product of pure passion. It is the summation of one family's celebration of so many happy holidays on Kangaroo Island and their desire to share the experience with others. Kathy and Frank O'Brien handcrafted their first home on this wonderful site brick by brick, accenting its beauty with reclaimed timbers and local artworks. It is superbly set in a verdant garden of great variety and unaffected prettiness.The house offers four bedrooms, a lounge/dining and a full kitchen, and sleeps eight in comfort. Or try the ‘cottage' – its spaciousness mocks the name – which has three bedrooms, a vast lounge/dining (also with a wood fire) and a full kitchen. Altogether, a party of 14 guests can relax in the house and cottage, which are set
well apart from each other.
Brownlow is a charming beachside enclave located just moments from Kingscote, where cafes, restaurants and galleries beckon. All the riches of the island are within easy reach of this garden haven.

One house with four bedrooms (one king, one queen and two twin singles) and one cottage with three bedrooms (two queen and one twin single), both with lounge (wood fire, TV, DVD, CD), dining, full kitchen, laundry. Cabin with queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. RC AC. Self-catering.
