If you need extra room to spread out, Honey Apartments are a spacious self-contained choice for your next Melbourne sojourn.The location is fantastic. It is right in the heart of the central business district with Crown Casino and the Exhibition Centre across the river, Melbourne’s famous laneways just up the road and the city’s amazing shopping, dining and cultural options all within cooee. You won’t need a car here – everything is an easy walk or tram ride away.The apartments themselves are a contemporary update on the building’s art deco past. There are two to choose from (each with two bedrooms) with the corner one being the larger of the two and sleeps up to five. Both feature crisp white walls that are the perfect canvas for owner Kirsten Honey’s artistic flair and interior design eye: think edgy photography, colourful canvases, bright throw rugs and whimsically painted glass doors to one of the bedrooms. The welcome fruit bowl is also a great personal touch.
The walls of windows bathe both apartments in light, giving them a relaxed, airy feeling. And with all of Melbourne’s enticements at your door, it’s great to know that those windows are also double-glazed, ensuring a good night’s sleep.

Two two-bedroom apartments (one with king, double, king single; one with king, double): each with full kitchen, lounge, (LCD TV, CD, DVD, stereo, iPod dock, book/DVD library), dining room, bathroom, laundry, AC, heaters, fan. Complimentary fruit and newspaper on arrival. Self-catering.

A gorgeous apartment and so close to everything. We loved staying here and will do again.
