Lovely Leura hideawaysThe Blue Mountains is a mystical landscape of misty mountains, waterfalls and awe-inspiring canyons that have drawn lovers, artists and jaded urbanites for decades. Nestled within the gorgeous town of Leura are the three delightful Hills Havens, each lovingly restored to resonate the history of their surrounds. Antiques, spas, artistic touches and cosy fires are hallmarks of these impeccably presented hideaways.
Come as you like to the three Hills Havens: as singles, couples or a group who needs proximity to each other without being in each others’ pockets. Little Pomander is the largest, with three bedrooms, beautiful English gardens (the owner is a horticulturalist), a sunny entertainment deck and a cosy lounge. It is also close to Leura’s very elegant shopping and dining precinct. Little Haven (one bedroom) and Iorana (two bedrooms) are tucked away in a secluded semi-rural part of Leura and each has its own quiet garden – a point noteworthy for friends who can meet under the trees for social times yet have their own privacy.
Leura is a great location for idle walks to discover second-hand bookshops, antiqueries and sensational eating spots such as Silks restaurant and naturally walks to admire the views are all close at hand.
