Private beachside estateIf the children are happy, busy and safe on their holiday, parents are likely to be relaxing too. Flynns on Surf – a collection of villas in its own private precinct – has been tailor-made to ensure both these desirable outcomes. Kids can scoot up and down in front of the villas in absolute security, play on the grassy koala reserve behind the estate, or splash in the heated pool. Finding friends and playmates is easy, leaving parents to relax into a book on a banana lounge by the pool.
The estate has 19 villas available in one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations. The interiors are contemporary without being fussy or overdesigned. Private rear decks look out over the koala reserve or gardens. A koala hospital is nearby with tours each day at 3pm – just slip in through the back gate. There are poolside communal barbecues and each villa has a lock-up garage, air-conditioning, WiFi, a gigantic 50’’ plasma TV in the main lounge and a 33’’ screen in the master bedroom.
The surf beach is 200 metres walk away and there are shops for coffee, takeaways and icecreams up the street. In short, all the ingredients are here for a memorable family break.

I came with my family and we loved every minute. The villas are gorgeous, very spacious. The kids loved the pool. I was so impressed!! We will definitely be back again soon.
