When hosts Denise and Roger Dunn designed a self-contained apartment under their home, they wanted to create an iconic Top End style that would give their guests a unique experience. The result is an apartment that feels more like a house. Guests enjoy complete privacy and resort-style facilities, including a sensational pool with spa.The apartment has a bright, spacious openplan living, dining and kitchen area with two bedrooms. The brilliant garden bathroom is private yet airy and provides you with an unforgettable experience of tropical bathing. This cleverly designed apartment can accommodate a group, a family or just a couple and still feel cosy. In particular, we love the stylish but easy-wearing interiors that allow the kids to play freely and parents to relax (the Dunn's have kids too).
Fannie Bay is an ideal location for this type of property, nestled in one of Darwin's leafy inner enclaves. From the apartment it is an easy walk to the Parap shops (and its weekly market), the beaches, the famous Mindil market, and the Darwin Turf Club.
