This private retreat takes a maximum of just two guests making it an ideal lovers’ getaway or perhaps the place to escape from the everyday and indulge in a soul-searching journey or write a best selling novel.Enjoying an absolute beachfront position, this amazing property dazzles with its warm citrus tones and rich red exterior. Both the king-size bedroom and the living room feature tropical-style French doors that allow the cooling Coral Sea breezes to flow through the entire cottage. Soft furnishings are a mix of colourful stripes and solids, creating a sense of vibrant holiday fun. Coco Loco is fully self-contained so just pack your essentials and come prepared to disappear for as long as you need.
Swimming, snorkelling and fishing opportunities abound. And rainforest walks are a great way to meet the locals: the cute green tree frog and the brilliantly hued endangered flightless cassowary. For restocking the pantry and a cafe-latte and croissant fix, Mission Beach village is just a five-minute drive away.
